Located in London and encompasses five blocks of low rise 4-7 storey and a tower of 12 storey tower. Comprising of 195 homes in total, all featuring a private balcony or terrace. Situated on the ground floor there is a beautiful communal landscaped garden.
In the heart of one of London’s most vibrant and international neighbourhoods which is set amongst a thriving local community, the rest of the city is within easy reach thanks to the nearby stations into Central London.
This is a mixed-use residential block, with the residential use a mix of social housing, social rental, and private owner accommodation. It 4 storey blocks, which consists of 40 units located in South east of England.
The project requires the removal and replacement of ACM cladding with non-combustible rain screen cladding, removal, and replacement of EWI, the installation of fire barriers and replacement of balcony decking and the removal and installation of a single ply roof .
This is a Victorian mansion block style and rich architectural heritage development of prestigious apartments in Hampstead. It consists of 30 units, with a five and seven storey structure on the site.
The façade was demolished and rebuilt to a new detail of tiles of bricks, tiles, render, and single ply roof, following the specification accurately.
